Occupational therapy is about helping people participate more fully in the activities that give everyday life meaning.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I take the time to understand each individual and family—their strengths, challenges, routines and goals—and develop practical strategies that fit into everyday life.
When someone is struggling or facing a particularly challenging time, I believe in providing the support they need to move forward. I aim to instill skills and confidence, which empowers individuals and families to thrive independently.
My goal isn’t to simply provide occupational therapy. It’s to help people participate more fully in the things that matter most to them.
